Application

Start on the inner eye line by carefully drawing along the waterline. Be gentle when doing this to avoid irritation.
For the outer eye line, draw a fine line along the lash line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. You can thicken or lengthen the line as desired to create your preferred look.
